| The body of the stein is stoneware with raised-relief decoration and portrays lighthouses, dolphins, whales and waves. The handle has a rope border. The pewter thumblift is a mussel shell and the pewter lid is embossed with a leaping dolphin design. Mark Sherman, the renowned artist for Harbour Lights Company, painted the original watercolor images for this stein of the most famous lighthouses of the Carolinas. The names of the lighthouses appear directly below the circular porthole style images. |
