Creating an account is not necessary, but it will save you time on future orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift boxes?
We offer gift boxes for a $4. The item will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift box.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We offer 5% off for orders from $150-$299.99 and 10% off orders over $300. Our website will automatically apply these discounts.
Do you have a print catalog?
Because we add new products to our site regularly, it is not practical for us to offer a printed catalog.

We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are contingent on the number of items you order and the zip code they are being shipped to. You can get a shipping quote by adding the items to your basket and then clicking on the "Shipping Rates" link on the display of "Your Basket"
When will my order be shipped?
We ship normal stock item orders typically within 2 business days of the day the order was received. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to see if you would like to wait, substitute the item or cancel the order. Personalized orders will take longer to ship and the ship time depends on our workload.
